Southern E-Scentuals Wholesale Terms & Shipping

These terms apply to approved Southern E-Scentuals wholesale accounts and orders.

Account Approval and Tax Documentation

  • Wholesale pricing and products are available only to approved retailers signed into the email address associated with their wholesale account.
  • A valid EIN and current resale or sales-tax certificate may be required before tax-exempt status is granted.
  • Accounts without current tax documentation remain taxable until documentation is reviewed and approved.

Order Minimums and Case Quantities

  • Opening order minimum: $150
  • Reorder minimum: $100
  • Shipping and taxes do not count toward minimums.
  • Candles are sold in cases of 4, dough bowls in cases of 2, and wax melts, soaps and bath bombs in cases of 5.
  • No additional wholesale discount is combined with the standard wholesale price unless Southern E-Scentuals states otherwise in writing.

Production and Order Changes

Products are handcrafted in small batches. Processing time depends on product mix, quantity and season and will be confirmed after the order is reviewed. Contact us promptly through Shopify Inbox if a change is needed. Production may begin quickly, so requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Ground Shipping

  • Paid orders are offered available calculated ground rates below the applicable free-shipping threshold.
  • Nearby Southern states qualify for free ground shipping at $350.
  • Florida and eligible Eastern and Central states qualify for free ground shipping at $450.
  • Western states receive calculated ground shipping. Orders of $750 or more may request a custom shipping quote or possible shipping allowance.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories receive calculated or invoiced shipping only.
  • For free-shipping orders, Southern E-Scentuals selects the ground carrier and service based on cost, package size, destination and product requirements.
  • Ground services may include USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or Ground Saver, and FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Expedited, priority, air and media-mail services are not included.

Local Wholesale Delivery

  • Within 30 driving miles of Flowery Branch, Georgia: free delivery on qualifying orders of $150 or more.
  • Select approved locations 31–50 driving miles away: free delivery on qualifying orders of $350 or more.
  • Outer-area orders below $350 may use a $25 local-delivery option or calculated ground shipping.
  • Delivery is by appointment, subject to address confirmation, and may be grouped with other deliveries in the same area.

Damages, Shortages and Returns

Inspect shipments promptly. Report damage, missing items or an incorrect shipment through Shopify Inbox within five business days of delivery and include clear photographs of the shipping carton, packing materials and affected products when applicable. Because products are handcrafted and wholesale orders are prepared for resale, returns and exchanges are not accepted except when Southern E-Scentuals confirms damage, shortage or fulfillment error.

Private Label

Private-label products are not included in the launch catalog. Qualifying businesses may contact us through Shopify Inbox to discuss availability, minimum quantities, pricing and production timing.

Southern E-Scentuals may update these wholesale terms as shipping costs, carrier services and operating needs change. The terms displayed when an order is placed govern that order.
