Each cube shower steamer weighs approximately 2.5 to 3 ounces. All ingredients are listed on each the shower steamers.

DIRECTIONS: Use 1 tablet on the floor of your shower or an elevated shelf, out of direct water spray, as the water gently touches the shower steamer, it will release the vapors.

INGREDIENTS: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthol Crystals, Cream of Tarter, Cornstarch, Essential Oil Blend, Polysorbate 80, Almond Oil and/or Coconut Oil, Isopropyl Alcohol, and Distilled Water.
