We partner with qualified boutiques, gift shops, apothecaries, salons, spas and specialty retailers that value handcrafted Southern-made candles, home fragrance, bath and body products.
Before You Apply
- Opening order minimum: $150
- Reorder minimum: $100
- Product case quantities apply.
- Shipping and taxes do not count toward order minimums.
- Wholesale pricing is private and available only to approved retailers after sign-in.
Application Information
Please include the following information in the application form below:
- Business name and buyer name
- Business email and phone number
- Billing and shipping address
- Website or active business social-media page
- Business type and products of interest
- Federal EIN
- Resale or sales-tax certificate number and issuing state
- Estimated opening order and preferred ordering timeline
Submitting an application does not automatically approve an account. We review each application and may request a current resale certificate before granting tax-exempt wholesale access. Please use the email address you want associated with your wholesale account.
Shipping and Local Delivery
Calculated ground shipping is available below the applicable free-shipping threshold. Qualifying free-shipping orders are sent by the ground carrier selected by Southern E-Scentuals. Free local delivery is available within 30 driving miles on orders of $150 or more. Select approved locations 31–50 miles away qualify for free delivery on orders of $350 or more.

Private Label Inquiries
Private-label products are not part of the current wholesale launch catalog. Qualifying businesses may contact us through Shopify Inbox to discuss product availability, minimum quantities, pricing and production time.
